Billing
On line reservations must billed to the customer's credit card or
through corporate central billing.
We accept the the following credit cards:
American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Master Card and Visa
An 20% service fee (gratuity) that is calculated on the base
fare, stops and wait time will be added and itemized on the
customer's billing statement.
The following additional charges will be itemized on the
customer's billing statement where applicable: Tolls, Airport
Parking, Fuel Surcharges, Regulatory Airport and Seaport fees.
Rates
Current rates will be confirmed at the time a reservation is
placed.
All reservations for services billed on an hourly basis will be
billed a minimum of three hours for Sedans and four hours for
Stretch Limos in 1/2 hour increments.
A 25% Holiday Surcharge, based on the fare, stops and waiting
time will be added to all services provided on the following
days: New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day,
Christmas Day.
Wait Time / Additional Stops
For all point-to-point reservations, waiting time incurred will
be charged at $50 per hour for Sedans, $60 per hour for Vans and
SUV's and $70 per hour for Stretch Limos. Grace period is
defined as fifteen (15) minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time.
Additional Sedan and SUV stops on route during a point-to-point
reservation will be charged at a minimum of $10.00 per stop
within the same city and $15.00 per stop out of county. All
Stretch Limo, Van and Minibus stops will be charged at a minimum
of $20.00 per stop.
Cancellation and No Show Fees
Cancellation of sedan reservations must be made no less than
three(3)
hours prior to the scheduled pick up time. Reservations which
are not cancelled or are cancelled passed the allotted time will
result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip
plus the 20% service fee.
A 'No Show' fee equal to the base fare price of the trip plus a
20% service fee will be charged when the passenger fails to
arrive at the designated location.
To avoid a 'No Show' fee call 1-800-749-1972 if you cannot
locate our driver upon your arrival at an airport.
Cancellations of Stretch Limo and Minibus reservations with less
than 24 hours notice will be charged the applicable vehicle
hourly minimum.
Other
Personal / All Points Limousine shall not be liable for
circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to
weather and traffic conditions.
Personal / All Points Limousine assumes not responsibility for
luggage or personal property left in a vehicle.
